Infernal Contract

This Contract, made this day 8th of Frostfall, year 939, between Azazel (hereinafter referred to as the “Infernal Party”) and Michaelis (hereinafter referred to as the “Mortal Party”):

Whereas Michaelis, desiring power to combat the goblin raiders, and

Whereas Azazel, possessing the ability to grant such power in exchange for a suitable consideration,

Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Grant of Power: The Infernal Party agrees to grant the Mortal Party, hereinafter referred to as “Michealis,” the power necessary to combat the goblin raiders.
2. Soul Forfeit: In exchange for the granted power, Michealis agrees to forfeit the soul of Thalia, upon her eventual demise, to the Infernal Party.
3. Duration: This contract shall remain in effect until such time as all goblin raiders have been eradicated.
4. Nullification: Upon the successful eradication of the goblin raiders, this contract shall be null and void, and the soul of Thalia shall revert to her own possession, free from any further claim by the Infernal Party.
5. Consequences of Breach: Any breach of this contract by either party shall result in severe consequences as determined by the Infernal Party, which may include but are not limited to eternal damnation, suffering, or other forms of punishment deemed appropriate.
6. Governing Law: This contract shall be governed by the laws of the infernal realm, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be settled through infernal arbitration.
7. Signatures: The parties hereto execute this contract as of the date first above written.
