Description / Appearance

Arani has tanned skin, a few thin smaller scars all over her body, green eyes and copper hair that she wears in a braid that opens up and falls to her shoulderblades. She also wears small rounded glasses and dark green tinted leather underneath her armor. To hide the mark of the Hidden Lord on her palm she also started to wear a leather fingerless glove on her right hand.

Personality Traits

Most noticeable character trait is her recklessness. She throws herself into battle, excited for the fight, especially when she has Mika at her side. She thrives in chaos and doesn’t hold back when it comes to delivering death to her enemies. Arani never hesitates to get her hands dirty and values loyalty to her family above everything.

The only thing she really struggles with is admitting a softer side to herself, always teasing and bantering with people she cares about first before saying something nice. She got attached to the rest of the party, even if she doesn’t really wanted to.

Background

Arani and her family originate from Mount Celestia on the Celestial Plane and got dropped into Vallyn during the Merging. Her mother and her siblings found refuge with the Order of Ambers where they could stay for a while, until they got attacked. The attackers were unknown to Arani then. She and her siblings had to split up and Mother asked them to stay low and stay hidden until she called for them again.

Arani traveled around, her only goal was to survive long enough until she could see her family again and return home, but when the war started and Myridon asked her to join the army, the thrill of war and battle was too strong to resist. She joined and relished in the reactions people had when they heard of the Crimson Cloud and their power.
